In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cdd33", "we", "us", "our" refers to the cdd33 platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the cdd33 website at cdd33.io, its mobile interface, and all associated services including the sportsbook, casino, instant games, and wallet functionality.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who registers for or uses a cdd33 account.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any bonus funds separately indicated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, or matched deposit credit awarded by cdd33 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games or markets before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone used for all time references in these Terms unless otherwise stated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to verify a Player's identity, age, and address.

By completing the cdd33 registration process and clicking the acceptance checkbox, or by accessing or using the Platform after these Terms have been published, you enter into a legally binding agreement with cdd33 on the terms set out herein.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the Platform. Access via a mobile device, tablet, or computer is subject to the same Terms without modification.

cdd33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, cdd33 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players via the email address registered to their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

To register for and use a cdd33 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cdd33 strictly prohibits access by minors. Registration by any person under 21 is void and any funds held in such an account may be forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh or are a Bangladeshi national accessing from abroad, and your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold any other active or previously suspended cdd33 Account.
• You are not acting as an agent or employee of a competitor platform or in any capacity that creates a conflict of interest with cdd33.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction preventing you from doing so.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method. cdd33 may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.

cdd33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You agree to notify cdd33 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any security breach affecting your Account.

cdd33 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, telephone, or any other means. Any communication purporting to be from cdd33 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

cdd33 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions on the Platform. However, cdd33 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for interception or loss of data caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

cdd33 reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During a security investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. cdd33 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any security investigation within 5 Bangladesh business days.

cdd33 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. No other currencies or payment methods are accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though cdd33 may impose limits on individual accounts in connection with responsible gaming programmes or risk management requirements.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account Balance within 30 seconds to 2 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during Bangladesh banking hours.

You must only deposit funds from a payment account held in your own name. cdd33 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from a payment source that does not match the Account holder's verified identity will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

cdd33 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are outside cdd33's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time provided your Account Balance contains sufficient real-money funds and your Account has completed the applicable KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. cdd33 does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same Account.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour of approval, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank): Processed within 1–3 Bangladesh business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

cdd33 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where there is a discrepancy between the registered Account details and the payment account details. cdd33 will notify you by email if additional documentation is required and will specify the documents needed and the deadline for submission.

Bonus Funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only funds that have been fully cleared of all wagering conditions may be withdrawn.

cdd33 offers various bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, in addition to these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all cdd33 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and identity verification.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method account, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual offer. Unfulfilled bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• cdd33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to refuse a bonus to any Player whose Account shows patterns consistent with bonus abuse or matched betting designed to exploit promotions.
• In the event of any conflict between individual promotional terms and these general Terms, the individual promotional terms shall prevail for the specific promotion in question.

Players who believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly to their Account should contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the relevant transaction. cdd33 will investigate and respond within 3 Bangladesh business days.

All bets placed on cdd33 are subject to the specific rules for each sport or market as published in the cdd33 Rules and Markets section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. cdd33 reserves the right to decline or void bets where odds have been displayed in error due to a technical fault.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and may be adjusted by cdd33 without prior notice.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it may not be cancelled or modified by the Player unless a cash-out option is available and explicitly offered for that bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a short delay for odds verification. cdd33 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant market conditions are met, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In cases not covered by sport-specific rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• cdd33 uses the official result announced by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI) for settlement purposes. In the event of a result amendment by the governing body after settlement, cdd33 reserves the right to amend the settlement accordingly.

Disputed bet settlements must be raised with cdd33 support within 7 days of the relevant event result being announced. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

cdd33's casino and instant games section offers slots, live dealer tables, and other games provided by third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed real-time dealer outcomes.

Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and minimum/maximum stake limits for each game are accessible from within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review these before playing.

In the event of a technical failure, network disconnection, or software error during a game round, the following applies:

• If the game round was already confirmed and in progress at the time of the failure, the round will be completed and settled using the data recorded by the game server at the point of the failure.
• If the failure occurs before a game round is confirmed, the stake will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• cdd33 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

cdd33 reserves the right to void any game outcome where there is evidence of a software error, manipulation, or any circumstance that materially compromised the integrity of the game round. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on cdd33 and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds, pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, spin games, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy that is designed primarily to exploit promotional offers rather than engage with the Platform in good faith.
• Colluding with other Players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or bet.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cdd33 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of the Platform without authorisation.

cdd33 reserves the right to retain funds in a suspended Account for up to 90 days pending investigation into suspected prohibited conduct. Where investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, funds associated with the breach may be permanently forfeited.

All content on the cdd33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of cdd33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without cdd33's prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.

The cdd33 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary to cdd33. Use of these marks without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cdd33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

cdd33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cdd33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. cdd33 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits cdd33's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by cdd33's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cdd33 collects, stores, and processes personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at cdd33.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

cdd33 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, device information, and betting activity data for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, fulfilling KYC obligations, preventing fraud, and improving the Platform.

cdd33 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable laws.

Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. cdd33 will respond to such requests within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection obligations.

cdd33 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm. All Players are strongly encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all cdd33 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and are processed within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

cdd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Where changes are material, cdd33 will notify registered Players by email to the address held on their Account.

Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes. If you disagree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account and request withdrawal of any available Balance.

Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms have been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and cdd33, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting cdd33 customer support at [email protected]. cdd33 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 10 Bangladesh business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may escalate the matter through any applicable dispute resolution process available under the laws governing the Platform's operation. cdd33 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will cooperate fully with any legitimate investigation or process.
